I purchased over two weeks ago and have not received the registration number as yet?

How do I get some action, I have emailed with no response as yet.

Kindest regards Russ

I got mine straight away in April. The licence number came from Mal Wright - mwright@intellimass.com - maybe try emailing him direct if you haven't already.

I too have had no issues dealing with Mal. Once the hard drive in my laptop died and had to be replaced under warranty. The rego code for the previous installation of Realspeed did not work with the new Windows Vista installation. I asked for and received a new rego number.

Later I upgraded the laptop to Windows 7. Again I had to reregister Realspeed. Again Mal provided me with a new registration code.

after my hard-drive dying in April, I've received no response from spamming the official addresses with repeated pleas for assistance in re-registering the product on my new hardware.

i'll give that direct address a go as well. ka72 gets me through, but i luvs my realspeed.
