Can someone with a lot of patience explain the procedure in a VERY simple step by step way??

1. Go here: http://www.intellimass.com/RealSpeed/Install.htm
2. Click on the download link and save to desktop
3. Run the downloaded file, to install it.
4. Go to your start menu and run realspeed
5. go to the "Tools->Register" menu
6. Send the value for "Your machine code" to Mal
7. he sends back a serial number for you to add.

Between 2 and 3 you may want to 'Unzip' the file first.

You may then want to look at

http://www.gpsteamchallenge.com.au/guides/downloading.php

for notes on how to setup the "standard" divisions for the gpsteamchallenge.

There is a default.rsp files you can download from there, save into the realspeed folder and it sets the divisions for you. The advanced on doesnt do dopplers (I tried both and then realised that is why they were giving different readings).

The other site worth knowing about is

mtbest.net

for some useful tips.
