I think a special mention needs to go out to Crasher and Tomski, who gave up parts of their speed sailing session where they could have gone faster, to rescue John!
Well done everyone, looks like going fast is the thing to do. Sorry to hear about the cost. Get well all.
Bloody hell John that's terrible!
Then again, on balance I suppose it was worth it ![]()
Hope you recover quickly mate.
commiserations to those who crashed
as someone who has had a lot of trouble with broken ribs/strained chest/rib cartilage, I spent a bit of time finding a solution - this thing linked below slips under the wettie and doesn't take up water - had some big stacks but no problems since using thishttp://www.proaccessories.com.au/products/forcefield/torso_protection.htm
shame it doesn't come in an extra large size - but the large is good for all but the biggest blokes
Oh, OK, it is!
Well you guys can get those cheesy grins off your faces about your grate spot and I'll play the game too. ![]()
PS. you guys really need to organize the digging of a canal at Shark Bay! ![]()
Out of hospital and on the mend ,looking at 6 weeks on the side lines
,plenty of time to buy a gath hat and impact vest !
thanks again for all the get well wishes.see you on the water soon .
cheers john
