mXr boards may want to reconsider their motto control = speed

"Slowly but steadily feeling better. Happy with on entry of over 49 knots at the start gate and the topspeeds at the end.

Now I need to overcome the last bit of fear due to the two crashes on the leeward bank a couple of days ago. One of which I hit at 46+ knots and i ate sand big time"


I guess you could say sailing into the leeward bank at 50kn indicated a lack of control but it may not be the boards fault. Martin turned up in full on conditions. The others had a week of moderate conditions to get used to the narrow track.

A 48kn 500m with a 51kn 2sec ain't bad for a guy getting close to 50 years old who never was a top level PBA/PWA sailor like Anders.
