OK I'm not ready or able to give out the full details yet, but there is a proposal in the air for a one week speed comp in June 09.
It would probably mean flying for most of us. It would be in Australia.
Without disclosing the full details "Who would be prepared to take a week off in June, spend money on fares etc. To sail in warm and very windy tropical waters?"
Some responses please, and when the organisers feel ready they can give more details.

I've just found out that it's going to be damn near impossible to get time off for the Al Green fortnight. Something in the middle of winter might be easier for me so, go for it.
