Was James trimming the glass/carbon and plastic without scissoring? I will have to try that one, I thought the glass and carbon would catch but maybe not with the plastic backing....

Yes, I thought the same as you but I guess the wet out helps it all to bind well enough for transfer and then you rub it down onto the blank and it sticks to that and the plastic can then be peeled off. Nice. PM'd you re light materials experiments.
