Looking at proposing the following with competitions:

Shortest Distance from A to B for the Race,
Fastest Max speed etc

It would look good to stick it all into Action Replay.
Whats the best way of doing it though??

Make sure you don't need a sail bigger than a 7m

Other than that Realspeed or GPSar will do the trick

Chad the NSW formula guys have been doing this for years. You could just click on a site and watch the replay of a race on gpsar. PM one of them , maybe Sam could tell you who organised it.. or just go to Yann's gpsar site , I'm sure somewhere in there he'll explain how to it.

Another option is to put a marker bouy on the beach at Ledge, and another one on the beach at Lancelin, take the waypoints of these spots and enter them into a new Lap-Racing division in RealSpeed.

Then you can race any time during the day to achieve a result. The software will provide all the data including average speed, min/max speed etc. Perhaps set up an ongoing Ledge-to-Lancelin division on the Challenge site?
