Looks like all the results are in now and the SA team has taken the cup by a whisker from the hard charging, long traveling Victorians and Tasmanians who invaded their territory to post some great performances! Not to forget visitors lured from as far away as WA and QLD! I must say it was a well deserved win given that all the best speeds in most categories were set on Lake George in their home state. Congratulations guys on a great month and to all the sailors who set ranking topping runs and PB's.

Pretty exciting month at Lake George with good top end seabreezes in 20-30 knot region making for super sailing. Can't wait for Lake to refill and take another crack at some runs:-)

Super grats to SA Speed Demons and only just missed number 1 postion for International by a bees whisker!

Yeah well done. Good to see the top spots mixed up a bit too.

Lake George looks quite interesting on Google Earth? Was it tidal but the entrance has been blocked off from the sea? There seem to be a lot of salt lakes around there.

Sterling effort Demons - We finally win one after coming second numerous times. Congrats to all who scored great conditions and PB's. I will have to tally up the team PB total...

Now we will have to get a team pool room

Congrats to SA on a month which saw so many PBs and so many extraordinary speeds. Brilliant effort to hold off the other teams in such a close month

Hey do we actually get a trophy, if we do it would be cool to put it up in the front bar at the Beachport pub for a while.

Yes, At least in the past we have received one. I guess it depends on if Hardie has managed to secure any sponsorship this year for it.
Putting the cup in the Beachport Pub for a while would be very appropriate I recon. What does your captain think?

Yes we've got enough money for a cup!!

Just need to decide if we want this to keep going, ie. 4 seasonal cups with an engraved trophy, whether we give the money to the team that wins to organise their own engraved trophy. I'm at the stage where I'm that busy with work and life in general , that I dont want the responsibility to have to organise these things anymore.

PM me your address and I'll make sure the cup is delivered to your address, you made everyone aware of Lake George, and deserve to get your hands on it first

Fine with the Cap'n. It woud look good next to the old speed and marathon results afterwards.
