Starting to think about a board under 100 ltrs for those days when the wind is blowing 20 - 30 kts. At the moment second hand is the only option, so if you can let me know your opinions on boards 2005 onwards I would appreciate it. I am 80 kgs.

Come down to the Pit and we,ll try and beg,borrow or steal one for you to try. A little stiff in the jybes but great fun for speed and is nice to ride in the chop.Just have to find a nice green one for the trailer 
starboard sonic 85 around 2006 is a quick board and can find one for a good price

You need to get a good fin too.
Isonic 86 with your weight it will be a great all round board, one of the best jibing boards/handles the rough and plenty of speed to burn.
Doug - I still think you should find something more appropriate (than your current board) in the 110 litre range before going smaller. Just my personal opinion. If your struggling (at times) with your current 110 litre board things will be even harder on a 80-ish litre board. No chance of uphauling either.....
Im not sure an isonic would be so good for you Doug, I think maybe you would do better on a smaller freeride type board if you can get one, or maybe something in a freestyle wave with a power box fin setup.
Im thinking of where you are at with your skill level, a freestyle wave will still be fast and IMHO a bit more forgiving with the straps not so far outboard.
But as ejmack stated you will need to have those waterstarts nailed, then again good way to learn when you have no other option than to water start.
Falcon 90 you will just be able to uphaul with the weight of sail and body weight especially in the wind you speak of and very fast.
