Looks really nice John. I hope you had finished oiling your deck and dealing with the lawn beetles before you went sailing.

Great John, tide's a lot lower than when I was last there, the bank went under water.

The painter is booked in to do the deck in December and the lawn beetles don't become active till November. Unfortunately there is still plenty on the to do list.

The bank is pretty good at the moment and only goes under when the tide is > 1.8m.
