How to I use this feature?

When I click on it it says "cannot save KML-file!"

Is it possible to get a satellite image, Google earth style in the background?

Thanks

If you wont to have image like this one:

This is how I made in in GPS Results:
1. First of all you need to have installed google earth on your machine
2. Open GPSR and download trackpoints from GPS or just open some SBN your file
3. Now you have tracks on your right window.
4. Go to FILE then Google Eart TM Overlay
5. GE is opening and zoom to your place of surfing. Fix desired zoom and then screen capture that landscape of your ride. Save that image as jpg file.
6. Return to GPSR and in right window right click and choose LOAD BACKGROUND IMAGE > choose your saved jpg image. Adjust size of your track to fix same size of track to your imported jpg GE image, Press CTRL+F and now you can zoom in or our together (tracks and images). When you satisfied with position of image in GPSR then unclick TRACKS (under display) just to don't have double track on right screen.
7. That's it, now again with screen capture save all picture to have like this one I posted here.
8. Sorry for my english, I hope you will understand me
