A few pics of the Southerly Busters home ground with Gidgets going off and a few of the Pit Crew and a Buster playing mid week.

Yeah it was SCARY! Really smooth on Gidgets and about 30 knots wind but just to the right of picture in the channel up to 40 knots and lumpy. I was on the KA Race 5.5, (most awesome sail in the cosmos) and 55 wide CA slalom. Yes it was a 38.8 peak.

SSE is a rare direction but would be nuts if SSW which is more common and the bank was exposed on a proper low tide. The sand bar curves around towards the boat ramp.
