Most of you have probably seen the Ghosts of speed movie covered here

I found this short flick of some tuning tips taken from the movie. Make up your own mind about the tips but some of the runs are totally mental lol. I found some of them a bit obvious and some very helpful but mainly I just want to move to Holland lol.

only one sailor with an adjustable outhaul. That just answered my query!
Thanks Cluffy, I had been wanting to watch that again for a while since seeing it a couple of years ago.

Good post given next weeks weather. Started using an adjustable more and more for speed sailing and it works for me to get the most out of a run.
