Does anyone know how to download GW60 tracks on android tablet or phone please?
Normally I use the home PC, what do the Lake George crew use?

the gw60 has a mode that is similar to a usb memory stick. that may work, if your device can read a memory stick. I've used it successfully with a linux computer so it might work with android. But of course you need to be able to plug in the cable!
Here's what the guide says, (you can get the guide from the locosys website)

3.18
USB CLASS: Connection type
COM: Virtual COM PORT for Windows platform user.
UMS: USB Mass Storage for non-Windows platform user.

3.19
TO USB MSC: Connection by Mass Storage Class (MSC)
mode mainly for non-Windows platform user.
Tip: How to get GPS data in USB MSC mode
(1) Set"USB CLASS"option to"UMS"first.
(Note: Before setting, the USB charging cable MUST be
disconnected.)
?
(2) Connect to USB, and press ADJUST/ "TO USB
MSC"to enter USB MSC state.
(3) Find a new flash drive with a READ only file-
GPSLOG.SBP on your host PC.
(4) Remove USB cable to exit.

I bought a refurbished lenovo online, fairly cheap runs well. But be careful a lot of the prices are in US dollars

One of my Android phones came with this tiny adaptor plug that allowed me to plug a USB thumb drive into the micro USB.

My Android phones have always had OTG USB, which allows for a regular USB mass storage device function to the phone. Yes, you need adapters to connect the USB-C or microUSB of the phone to the USB connector of the watch cable.

I believe Apple phones do this, too, but with lightning instead of USB-C.

I did a test upload to ka72 from my Android (10) phone and it appears to work. As Decrepit instructed, set USB CLASS to "UMS", plug in the GW60 with an adaptor and then select "TO USB MSC". Go to ka72 and upload a track - I was prompted for the app to use and selected "Files". I could then navigate to the GW60 from the menu in the Files app and find the GPSLOG.SBP file. It should work with other sites if not using ka72 or you can copy the file to the phone if needed.

I will upload my next session from my phone and report back...
