Like, have you just bought it, and want to know how to set it up.
Or you've had it a while and its' suddenly stopped working.

Have you tried turning LOGGING ON?
Here on the other side of the world we need to keep the kit upside down.
Perhaps it is a Dutch model and you need to keep it upside down also?
People would be more willing to help if you were showing what you did to help yourself and where you got stuck
