GTC List of Tasks required of Volunteers

Can people nominate for one task, and pm me. Your help would be most grateful, then I can not stress about being the official representative of the GTC.

1. Transfer Trophy to Tassie Speedseekers
2. Identify Top 3 juniors for 2011 and order pay for and deliver Gold Silver and bronze medals, each engraved
3. Identify Top 3 women for 2011 and order pay for and deliver Gold Silver and bronze medals, each engraved
4. Identify Top 3 legends for 2011 and order pay for and deliver Gold Silver and bronze medals, each engraved
5. Identify Top 3 Individual Overall for 2011 and order apply for and deliver Gold Silver and bronze medals, each engraved
6. Identify SA Demons who sailed in 2011 and order pay and deliver engraved silver medals “ Name of sailor GTC Runners Up 2011”
7. Identify Tassie Speedseekers who sailed in 2011 and order pay and deliver engraved gold medals “ engraved with “Name of sailor, GTC Winners 2011”
8. Contact Dave from Gybesports, and request and organise prize board for 2011, as per sponsorship arrangement.
9. Contact KA Sails, and request and organise prize sail for 2011, as per sponsorship arrangement.10. Contact Choco Fins, and request and organise prize 4 x Fins for 2011, as per sponsorship arrangement.
11. Contact Hydrodynamix Booms, and request and organise prize boom for 2011, as per sponsorship arrangement.
12. Can someone assist Ben in developing a Trophy Room for the GTC website?
13. Order pay and deliver Spring Cup 2011 to Tassie SpeedSeeekers.
14. Order pay and deliver Summer Cup 2012 to eventual winners.

NB. ALL expenses will be reimbursed from GTC funds, can apply in advance, or organise EFT from GTC funds.

We,ve got 1 covered and will have the trophy for the Tassies to steal of us for a year.

The Pit Crew were just going to post it at our expense and get all the team to put in a few dollars, a small price to pay for winning the year. Maybe this is the way we can go with this trophy to keep the costs down. Not sure about the international one but maybe they would consider doing the same thing.

I could help Ben with a few ideas for the Trophy Room , if Needed.

Ideas are what I need! I can bang out code pretty quickly, the hard part is getting the usability and look right.

Have a think about how it should look, and put some ideas in.

While we're on the subject, is anyone here good with photoshop? I need some maps altered...

Just some Ideas:

Ben you could make Honour Boards in the Trophy Room.

First Honour Board. eg:

Out right Team Winners for the Year.
Starting from 2007

Then the Teams ( current year ) Honour board.
With each Month team winners on it. Jan to Dec.
This Honour board update on the 7th day after the end of the month.


Next 3 Honour Boards
Out right Mens , Womens, Kids, so on !



Then you could have Honour Boards for each State to, starting from 2007.

Just update the Honour boards at the end of each year.
