Postage is included in the cost $225 or $165 us. Mines on it's way
Has it arrived?
No worries, the GT31 has two memories, the main one is an SD card, as long as you can read an SD card that has a windows "fat" file system you're OK.
The only problem is, that the GT31 is so old now, it can't handle a card that's over 2Gb. When I was in Jacar the other day, the smallest card they had was 8Gb.
So make sure you can get hold of a 2Gb or less SD card first.

Is there a way to test the 2gig card that I have to see if it's ok?
Um,...... put it in the GT-31 and see if it works???? ![]()

If it is 2 gig it should work. They changed something about the operation system of the larger cards which made them incompatible with many older devices.
OTOH, I did find one 4GB SD card that runs the older system and is advertised as compatible and works OK, but I think it is a bit of a Unicorn.
There's also something about voltage levels, not all 2g cards worked. There used to be a list somewhere of known good cards, but I don't know where that list is now. But I do remember that sandisk were OK
Has anyone bought a 2gb card recently that works in a bt31? I bought a couple of Sandisk 2gb cards on eBay from China and they're not recognised by bt31. I tried formatting in the bt31 and also reformatting to fat16 on a pc but no luck. Tried another more expensive sandisk 2gb card on eBay from Melbourne and its the same as the cheap ones from China
looks like they work in a camera tho, so maybe there's a trick to formatting them. Does anyone know? Thanks
Just in case anyone else is looking for a new 2gb card for the BT31's, the ebay seller in Melbourne sent me another one which works, pretec 2gb sd memory card, available from www.softdup.com.au
