The only thing I can suggest you can do your self, is pull it apart and check the battery plug, unplug it and plug it back in.

Tho other thing is email locosys, there has been many reports here of how helpful they are.

I had an old one that did this - wouldnt turn on, but when plugged in worked fine.
In the bottom of the last menu it tells you what the battery charge is, mine was fine. As soon as unplugged it would turn off. I spent a while talking to locosys who were really helpful, in the end they offered to repair it but I could buy a new one for hte cost of post over there and return along with the repair costs so I chose to get a new one (two in fact as I lost out on a great session and didnt want that to happen again). Mine was 3 years old and had been in a leaky aquapak for all that time. Now I will only use it in a bag inside the aquapak as all the screws had rusted up on the old one.

Try plugging it in and turning it on. If it is the same as mine then let me know on here and I will forward you the email address of the guy I was speaking to at locosys.
