Too tired to sleep after work the other morning, so played with some stat’s and thought I’d share it.
And of course the challenge is all about fun and involvement (but some do take it more seriously than others).
Love it

That's an impressive list, how are they ordered?

Interesting stats Dave. Would be interesting to see month by month also and these results plotted on a graph, maybe next time you can't sleep!

Geez mate that would take some serious clicking to get that data! It would take me a while, anyway.

Well done!

If you had one funky graph on the site, what would you have it representing?

A multi-axis-chart could represent all the data on the same chart... The free version of FusionCharts doesn't support multi-axis, but you can fake it with a single-axis chart & some hacking.

Alternatively, maybe you could create an API so that people could connect to it using Excel/whatever.

Are you only showing teams where more than 10 members have posted, or is that just a sample of your list?

no, didn't take much work, the site is easy to use, as for what graph I'd like to see, not sure, will have to think on it. sounds like Mathew has a clue, cause i got no idea what he's talking about. way over my head
the hard part for me was taking a spread sheet and getting it to load on to this site

that's so true the demons will come back to the field now that our flat water spots are gone unless we find another place.

Last time i sailed there (over a week ago)the water level had risen and they have now been pumping in water for the past week.
Dave Mossop will give us an update soon on how high the water has risen but the government were talking about getting it higher than sea level.
So it's a sure bet that the speed spots are history.
I've been told from someone working in State Government that they plan building a storm water interception scheme just North of Adelaide near St Kilda the project will consist of a series of 1.5km X 50m long channels which will collect the storm water runoff for re-use.St Kilda is just North of Port Adelaide the land is flat as a tack and next to the ocean

On behalf of all at the Swan River Mob, I'd just like to offer our sincere condolences on the loss of your piece of flat water.

Sounds it will "add a bit of chop" to the playing field, so to speak.

Did a drive around today and the water is up onto the banks of the Alpha Channel and (i wasn't close enough to get a photo of) the Clayton Channel but it's the same there. Still able to sail but it will be harder to see the edges of the channel adn won't be as flat makes for some very dangerous sailing. someone hit the bank last week, miss judged the channel as water was up on the bank, did not get hurt thankfully.
with the pumps running full time and the bit of rain we have been having .. it looks to be all over for the supper flat Strip we have been using !

Sorry to see that the Saussies are denied their strip (seriously) that was an awesome piece of water which I can only imagine will be gut wrenching for the locals watching it go.

Will just have to go back and watch Kimba's vid's a few more times

We might have to release a migamix RIP video from the footage and photos from the last few years. I wouldnt be too worried losing these spots as there will always be others, some are just harder to access. I personally am looking forward to sailing where I want, not along a set of rails.
Nice distance shot of the alpha channel and barrage Dave!
