We have just had the update on the news here in England, they are saying an area the size of France and Germany put together are under water.
Hope you and your familes are all safe

Yes redsurfbus....there have been catastrophic floods mostly in the SE areas of Queensland and the NE of New South Wales.
I am sure there would be plenty of news about it around the world.
The latest death toll is 15 dead but about 60 people unaccounted for. Hundreds of cars were swept away and some of them would have had occupants. Hundreds of houses were inundated completely and there would have been many people trapped inside. The water has started to abate and the search will be on for bodies.
Fortunately Lyn and I live about 1500 klms north of Brisbane and are not directly effected but cannot avoid being concerned by the plight of those who are.

Hi JP747.....I think the plane you refer to is a promotion in the front of a business.

Mostly SE QLD ???? I think central QLD got covered more by flood waters (Theodore, Chinchilla, Taroom Emerald, Rockhampton) a massive area but more people were affected in SE QLD due to more people populating the area of SE QLD !!!!
