Firie and Troppo, well done
Good to see all Firies efforts on his own for a while have stood him well to crack the 100k's
Troppo on not so familiar gear
this moved you guys up the ladder a tad

I sailed 3hr non stop, was after the 100 so was happy with that, had to get out to go work. Troppo only sailed a couple of hours, had to wait for mum's car, then had to bugger off to pick his sister. Other wise he would have his 100 also.
Troppo tried real hard to get me to sail to Upolo Cay, but I wasn't up to it yesterday with my 6.6 Just as well, I got hit with the mother of all rain squalls, totally over powered more than a Nm off shore, only to see Benny fly off into the distance.

I think the kid did real well with a 30 odd max, considering it was at Bob's run (open ocean).

Hey firie, thats really impressive. As soon as I get a chance I'm going to get out in moreton bay of Redcliffe and see what I can get. If I get close to you I'd be really happy.

Great idea Haggar
It'll give you a good idea what it's like for Troppo to do a 30 in open water

Gota go, winds blowing
Work again tonight

Just checked my data with the latest RealSpeed and using doppler divisions, and now have a 30.19 2sec max which is closer to my GPS display and I'll gladly claim.

It's not 50, or even 40, but I'm happier than a pig in poop that Troppo and I got our 30's at Ben & Bob's run on Monday

That is awesome Firie, there's nothing quite like a big round 30 eh?

I reckon it was the jumper that did it

Yeh but so sad Nebs, I missed calculated when I hit the water, would have sailed a little longer to beat the Speed Demons, so close
I never play with Navi while sailing, and when I got out it showed 85 mile which I thought would do it.
Sailed over 4Hrs before getting out.

The wind never lasts long enough at the beach to get the distance required, so it looks like we've missed out

That's setting the benchmark for sure. It's one thing for one team member to hit triple digits, it's something else when all members of the team do so!
