Bad luck mate, surprised you can still download from it with the corrosion on the terminals.
I must have a good one. Over two years old and no special care taken with it.

I'm convinced it's a batch thing, mine is also good but Pepe's was horrible, splits everywhere, and you know how meticulous Pepe is about looking after his gear.

I Think you could be right ...the other side (strap) has cracks in it too,I keep it in my clove box ,so no sun gets at it .
its 1.5 years old ,

its enough to give you the dry runs .

ha ..its gonna be even tougher to get downloads off it now I've duct taped it to the boom ..

i must admit it was easier to look at today ...on the boom ..i might see if i can glue a go pro mount to the back .

Tardy, you may TF it by taping to boom. Ive totalled 2 lesser brand gps watches by doing so. Gforces when catapulting are high enough to force water inside.

thanks olskool ,but I've given catapulting up now ....

my warranty has run out ..coming up 2 years ...so thinking of buying another ...shall i stick with the same
watch or look to other brands ...if changing ..maybe Garmin ? dunno .

actually ,might just buy a small water proof arm band for it ..job done .watch still works fine ..

The motion is better than the GW60, the next model will be wireless and totally waterproof. but there are a few production delays at the moment.
I'd go with your last option, a small armband. Paqua made a key holder armband I think the watch would fit but I haven't seen any around for a while.
