The GPS Team Challenge web sites descriminates!

I stuffed up and did'nt sail yesterday because there was no wind
Seeing this morning that a team member has gone out and cracked a 30, I went in to post congratulations but without posting times the comments will not appear[}:)]

This is clearly not right, picking on non sailing team members and it also highlights my poor decission not to bother sailing when there is no wind

How can you crack a 30 when there is no wind anyway

Anyway, Well done Sandy, it was a long time coming but we knew you had in you.
Now we want to see a 35.

Not trying to put any pressure on you

If he was on another team I would be asking to see the tracks and maybe a drug test

Thanks Paul,

I was a little disappointed not to get the fanfare that Stribo got when he cracked his 30 the other day

Thursday was the day that I cracked the 30 (and there was wind that day, 20-25knots - where were you?). It was a long time coming, but I was determined to do it without additional expenditure (ie on my freeride/wave gear). And now that I am there, if i get the right gear I can make a more useful contribution to the Perth Southsiders. Go Team!

I have already initiated discussions with Bigdog re 35 knots! I have already seen how the right fin can make a 10% improvement on top speed (Coala Bear's leap from 16.3 to 17.7 first time out with new (old) fin). Onwards and upwards!!

Did I mention that I was using a Hydro boom

Cheers Rindwider (aka Windrider on the GPSTC)

Sorry Sandy,

I'd been anxiously waiting for Nebs and Decrep to post as we knew the mad feckers were doing something big and hadn't looked at many others.

3 PB's
First 30 and a 20knots alpha's great going

well done

Is this the session in question?

If so then you're right, the site blatantly discriminates against people who don't sail. Especially people who don't sail on a Thursday

Picky Picky Picky, always has to be one clever dick that can tell a Thursday from a Friday!

To be honest I haven't worked a full week for about a month and I'm getting really confused By the time Easter is over I will be totally lost.

As for Thursday I was there but there was no wind by 5:00, so I went back home & sulked
