Attach a GPS onto yourself. Go sailing as fast as you can.
Upload you file to www.gpsteamchallenge.au using a relevant program such as www.ka72.com See Mike S to join a team on gpsteamcallenge. Ours being the One Eyed Cantabrians.
Speeds must be done in Canterbury only. Must be a member of Canterbury windsports association
The race is for your fastest 2 seconds only, over the entire CWA season You will be giving a handicap that is added to your fastest 2 seconds. Relevant to ability, location and conditions
Its the slower sailors with the bigger handicaps, have the most to learn are more likely to win the cash. This also evens up the battle of the sexes.
If your handicap is "tweaked" up or down during the season, your previous speeds will remain as they are and will not be tweaked.
Come take the cash of me. First prize being $200, second $100 and third $50
