Excellent stuff Justin! and to Elders for their support!
Will need at least a good steady 20-30knts to get close to breaking the record,Anthony done it on a square course in about a 30-40knt squall,so if the angle is right you could do 38knts in 20-30

you won't need a wetsuit this time so there may be a few knots with reduced weight.

Start tuning up the speed gear, only 7 weeks to Windfest.
Hamma, looking forward to meeting the fastest nautical mile man in Aus.
For the event, you will have to sail the N.M. with your fin cover on.

Hi Gestalt,

Is it possible to broadcast the "Burrum Windfest" live?

NZ Slalom Nationals in Dunedin is/was live
on "http://www.streamlive.co.nz/stream.html"

Icesurf,
Just had a quick look at the live streaming and caught a nasty collision at a gybe mark. Some guy gybing got rammed from the side at pretty full speed.
