Best time of year for Sandy Point

What time of year is best for Sandy Point in terms of strong, consistent and relatively long duration south-westerlies? I find this work thing interferes with my speed-sailing efforts, but don't mind driving through if I know it will be good

Spring, (October , November ) hopefully

Yep, pretty right. But I would say the last few years it's been end of September and into October. Then November a bit less reliable but usually some good ones around the end of December, early January. But every year is a bit different. This year we had some beauties end of Summer and well into Autumn! That does not always happen though.
