Had a few problems with the 07/08 giving some strange results.
Had to go through and select all categories to get it to make sense.

Yes team filter is great, but it may increase team rivalry, and tempt people to do their own thing instead of working for the team.
To negate this somewhat, how about a "team player" score, count the number of times a person's sessions has contributed to the team score
But then again Decrep - the "team player" rating could become a surrogate for the 'value' of an individual in a team.
In my view we need to avoid this at all costs!
I think this is counter to the fundamental principles that underpin the GPS-TC.
