What are your 3 goals for this 2016 year ?
Mine are :
1. 23 alpha
2. 40 ktn 2s
3. 30 NM
We could revisit that post in a year from now and tick off 
done

Goals? Simples:
Enjoy exploring and sailing new spots,
Meet new and old fellow enthusiasts and have fun sailing with them,
Go as fast as I possibly can, while I still can. 
1 - WINDSURFING -with mates
2- WINDSURFING - new places
3 - WINDSURFING - as much as possible
To Keep Breathing is my most important goal
In regards to windsurfing, I want to get back to enjoying the feeling of windsurfing, and stop obsessing about the numbers.
Yes I would like to improve in all gpstc categories also, but not at the expense of my enjoyment
1- work on my stance and upwind ability
2- get an alpha course setup so I can improve my alphas ( gybe ok but crap at alphas)
3 - make more of an effort to gybe in the chop so my hour improves
+ I know more then 3 but..keep sailing fit , don't take it too seriously and have fun!

Have more time on the water than last year.
Enjoy some big jumps on windy days again...
Have some speed sails in good locations.
Buy a windsurfing trailer for my toys.
At least have a few wave sails.

Improve in all GPSTC areas (except falling in).

Meet/encourage new sailors onto the water.
Join yacht club with race board.
Use a sub 100lt board.
Lose a little weight.
