Hi Guys,
2012 Luderitz speed challenge windsurfers only world record attempt will be held this year and I was wondering if any Aussie speedsters are going for the big trip over to Namibia ?

Sorry G, I'm notorious for mucking around, I'm nowhere near good enough to ever get an invite, just my wishful thinking and weird sense of humour, would love to be good enough and get an invite!!!!!!!!

Hardie i think we could be up for the challenge as the water is dead flat and we are all flat water show ponies

Be careful if you go..i heard they get cyclones over there where the wind can reach 20 knots plus!!
You may have to take some of those minature sails...you know the ones......smaller than 7.0
Hope they still make them...
You will probably need one of those skinny speed boards as well something less than 60cm?
Hope they still make those as well?
