The question itself doesn't really make much sense. Are you asking for a mast to fit with the sails mast length that is marked 457. If so then you should use a 430 mast (with 27cm of extension). If the sail has an adjustable head then you can adjust it and use a 460 mast, with 0cm extension. Unless your boom is very old or has seized up then it should be adjustable too and should be able to fit the sail. Most booms have 50cm of adjustment so you could use a 140-190cm boom. Best option if that sail is the middle size you are going to use then get 150-200cm boom. You don't really want to use a boom on maximum extension if possible. Also make sure the sail is cut to fit either RDM or SDM masts. This will make a big difference on your boom head and extension too. Once you get into it, it will all become a lot clearer.
