Hi,
While having excellent fun sailing today I noticed my Neil Pryde Hellcat sail (2014 Hellcat 7.7) had lost tension on the 2nd lowest batten. At first I thought I had broken the actual batten itself but the Blue Bat Cam lever (on the end) has fractured thus losing tension for this batten.
Thus I need to replace this: clear Blue Bat-cam BP13BCLA (according to the Neil Pryde spare parts list.)
Seeking advice or suggestions please on:
1. Where can I purchase a replacement ?
2. Can I replace it myself or do I need to go to a sail repairer?
thanks

Neil pryde asap, Hong kong. Had to get one myself as I only realised how I broke it after reading the instructions. ![]()
And as keef said, it has to be sewn in. Your local sailmaker should be able to fix it when you get one.
the HK ASAP website has the part and I have ordered one of the batcams from them and it is on its way. Their website has a lot of Neil Pryde part numbers etc. Very handy.
thank you to keef and pepe47 for responses
