Scott, Peter and Thomas went looking for a wave in far, far north Australia. They found gold! This footage had been lost in the bottom of an hard drive for almost a decade. I have just managed to string it together. Sorry for the long edit (could have been shorter) and the not too steady cam. Cool rides though. Peter managed to get about 20 seconds into the dvd Plug&Play in the mid noughts, but most of this has never before seen the light of day.

That's too good to be sitting on a hard-drive.

Wind looks light and very offshore.

Is that wave very rare? It looks too good to not be famous.

Yeah early season light-ish.

But no, not rare.

Awesome Paul, loved it!

Sweet Paul - great edit. Don't think anyone has sailed out there since (except maybe JP)

Great footage Paul. I remember you talking about it at the time, so it's really nice to be able to see it now.

Cheers, Jens
