Here are some pics of my latest effort from some more play in the workshop.

This one is for my Aeron 160-210 carbon boom. Thank to Premo for donating a broken boom with the tailend in tact.

I just cut the tail end dead centre and added a 100mm length of boom arm from the broken boom arm so it fits perfectly.
Now just to wrap some glass around it.

Nice work dude, looks nicer than MK2. How are you going to do the pulleys?

Make sure you post a close up photo of the finished product, to show how you fixed the pulley mechanism and what you used.
I have an old NP 100% carbon that failed and arm that the tail will double up like this for my equivalent 100 %Fiberspar boom same size

Ducked home from the hospital as the missus had our second kid yesterday I now have a son!!

I screwed the pulleys on . Here are a couple of pics. It's bit limited for choice in Bunno for pulleys so these will do till i get to a marine shop in Perth.

Congrats on the addition - your son that is Man enjoy those next few days your wife is in hospital. Maybe you'll get to test that boom real soon too, like 2013.

Congrats on the Bendy boy. You are screwed for at least the next year, so we would be happy to help you out by testing all your windsurfing gear. Of course there would be no charge to you.
