Yep, that's the theory, until you meet the captain of our team who's mid 70's and can still sail rings around us "young-un's" bangs out at least 1x 200km session a season

I've seen some well matured kiter's as well still having a ball as well.

It's great to have sports which you can still do as the years get larger.
