Richiefish - you have also gained a pair of seabreeze sunnies so we can -1 off your list!

It's not what you break, it's the style you do it.
I knew this summer would be the last for my trusty old KA 6.5 (7YO), but on it's first sail of the "season", doin' some laps with Monster at his local, I was casually tacking my longrider during a lull, decided to check the time mid tack, had to hold the boom with my elbow to peel back wettie sleeve to see watch, harness line sneakily slips under harness hook, the boom falls back a bit, I topple over in slow motion stepping through the bottom panel of the sail, and plunge through it. Luckily no-one was watching.

Chalk up another one with a broken boom

Luckily i'd ordered a new one a few weeks prior, predicting that the end was nigh for 'old faithful' One Gumbied backloop too many I think.

That would of made sailing back to the beach fun
