The ensuing train wreck disaster was blamed on "Jim, from engine 7". . The BBQ fire was successfully extinguished.

But it was difficult considering the amount of gas pouring out of the rear of the fire engine before the accident (see pic).

The derailment occurred at 4.07 PM. Miraculously a fire and rescue crew was less than 50m away at the time, and no lives were lost.
