i also edited all the swear words out to keep it family friendly,i never new how much i talked to myself when sailing .PS that's only a small amount of clips

Any chance of a vid with all the expletives in it? 
This one resulted in some very bruised ribs for a month or so... Just lucky I managed to get my feet out of the straps in time (dunno how??)
