I am going to be on the Gold Coast for a few days. Can anyone suggest some good sailing spots?

Depends on what your flavour is. Saturday is looking good for some wavesailing at Currumbin.
Otherwise the Train or Shearwater for non wave sailing.
If your into Slalom you may even want to head to Wellington Point on Sunday for the QLD titles.
Park here for flatwater. (the train)
