next stop new zealand, glad you made it back ok. bummer about the mast.

There are easier ways to get up close and personal with whales!

Moral of the story - Always sail with a buddy!!! Simply so the moment can be captured in 3rd person and posted to Seabreeze!!

Did the same thing on RSX gear in new Caledonia near the reef with some stupid guys doing shark feeding for tourist while I was de rigging in the water
The return was very boring lying on the board being towed by my mate...didn't have the whales to watch.
