Hi there, I am planning to go windsurfing at Point Leo tomorrow morning as it is blowing South Easterly, is this a good location considering the direction? Thanks for any advice.

A bit too onshore IMO if it's east/southeast.. The best days I've had there have been on a westerly wind.. or southwest.

Still might be worth checking out.. Check the tides because you don't want it too low..

Carry your board through the grassy camping area and down the long steps right on top the point..

.. and sail out through the small gap in the rocks on the left side of the main reef..

Good luck..

Although there are differing opinions on this , I'm going to point danger at Torquay at. 8:30am.

Come say hi if you are there. I've got a white hiace with silver foil on the back window. I sail with a severne.
