Any thoughts on windsurfing tutorials on ghost rigs or backyard setup for maintaining some fitness or improving skills that you have used and found translate well to the real world? I don't imagine Im going to be doing much of the real world sailing this year
It was his that got me thinking about it. His commentary is very monotone, but the ideas seem sound. Just wondering if I will be building muscle memory in the wrong way. Was hoping someone might have tried and had good success.
