I guess it's a form of freestyle - I couldn't sail with them's shoes.
I'll betcha she does other types of freestyle too...
She talks the talk, but can't walk the walk (in dem shoes).
Don't know about the "just jump off when you are sailing too fast or out of control" bit. With the number of shark attacks recently and other bitey critters around I would be preferring to stay "on board".
Booms a tad too low..

She's given me a brainwave on how to drill the holes in my board prior to using the expaning urethane foam treatment!
No drill required, I'll just walk around the affected area in my stillettos!
