Were the locals happy with the extra income at the Bowling Club last year?

When the numbers have been verified it might pay to let the Bowling Club know how many to expect for meals as they struggle on a normal night.
Don't consider the pub as they don't have any drinks, food's ok though.

That's crappy form for a country Shire - agree with Kelfie I bet they were all happy about the $$$ considering Cervantes has not a single event to attract people to town apart from this.

If anyone has a heli I am happy to give it a bash, flew RC for a while.

You will note I have removed the council and chopper comment, the wording was poor and reflected badly on Col & Reg.

The council had no issue with the chopper itself. Their grumble was that they were not aware of what was happening.

WWA's involvement this year is to help Reg obtain permits and to ensure the right people (council etc) know what is happening.

We informed the manager at the Cervantes Club of the event. They appreciate WWA visiting every year. They asked for diners to get there early and place their orders promptly. The kitchen has limited capacity, please be patient.

I drove through on Tuesday and let the Liberty servo know it was happening this weekend. The owner seemed to think it was a good excuse to get him out of some Christmas family obligations! Love the coastal country humour!

Why not set up a Survey Monkey site and ask people who will be dining at the club to place their orders along with their name online? The results could be passed onto the club so they could have a better idea of what people want.
