Found this framed copy of the front cover of the Caloundra Weekender (dated November 6 1998) in a local op-shop.
Since Kellie was a regular in Caloundra then, she couldn't resist picking it up. The guy is a little dark to make out, but looks really really familiar to me.
Can anyone identify this mystery sailor?
Bonus points if you can tell who got him to finally ditch his bit of glory in a charity bin?
Too bad. If you were one of those chesty chicks from one of those infinitely clean labs in CSI Miami, you could infinitely zoom in and decontrast and get the exact image...
