...and how high an aspect can we go?

I'm thinking about light winds. Like a glider.

Hi Brendan! I must say I saw some video of one of the starboard race boards and it looked, well, fast.

This is more of a curiosity thing as I've found that when there's wind in Sydney there's wind. Half the time I've used a 4.7 i've been overpowered. Just to be clear *when* there's wind.

I was looking in the news section and there was a video about high aspect kites and it stirred my interest is all.

The trouble with high aspect sails, is their leverage over the rider. That's the problem with windsurfers, if the power is too far above the boom you can't hang onto it.
