i sailed there a week ago it was 3/4 - mast high and was going off shame i hit my head on the way home and can't remember where it was.
Hope i remember by this time next year![]()
there's heaps of sharks, fluky wind and a very long swim when things go wrong
its not that hard to find but as you can understand forums aren't the best places to promote some special spots
email me and i might be able to help but not on here
Nice shot Greenroom. I know this spot really well. I lived in ..... for a couple of years and loved surfing and sailing it. As you said though it really sharky. I found it quite disturbing fanging along only to have the water expload because you have disturbed a large shark sun baking on the surface.
Cant wait to go there again.
Cheers Bender

Hey Gazza I was on my way there but this time I was towing a caravan and went through a tank and a half just to get to **** so I stayed put.
Next year I will not be taking the caravan![]()
Juice told me you were there. How did his mast base/extension go![]()

Mate of mine (a surfer) was there the same time you were for work and I asked him to take some photos. He took one of ********** with only one guy out. He said the wave peeled for over a hundred metres
I had to ask Juice if it was you but found out you use a different sail.
I know where it kn is ...
I know where it kn is ...
Should have guessed from the angle the photo was taken from. What man-made feature is usually on a high coastal point, and could the break be a bommie?![]()
I have surfed, poled and kited there for years. It looks better than it is from those photos!!!
It is only good for the first 20m and then it gets ultra fat so dont bother!!!!
I wish ppl wouldnt put photos like that up on websites it gives people hope that there are perfect waves. Stick to trigg less sharks.
