Does anyone know who distributes TurfDogs in Australia. I emailed the company through their website a while back and got no reply.

Have emailed them numerous times, over six months and had no reply. Have been trying to obtain some spare parts from them. Not sure they want to know about us out here. So would be wary buying.

Looks like lotta fun.

Never got into it because very few shopping mall parking lots allow it. Churches neither.

Google "Dirtsurfer" or check it out on YouTube! I have made one and they can go places the 4 wheelers can't. (I don't have one for sale though)

That would be because they are overpriced I guess.

However, their front wheel set up is unique. They are the only ones that allow rig steering and nose slides, in short the only ones that allow you to do spock and flaka style rotations afaik.

Actually just looking at the TurfDog photo now I realise that the front wheels are simple castors. They don't seem to bother trying to keep both front wheels on the ground while cranking the board over. That shouldn't be too difficult to emulate.

I thought it sounded like a hotdog bought at the track (horse racing).....

....but then you'd run into every parked car or stationary object.
