I like my Chinook double bolted mast bases. Have two of them for both boards I've got. Bought one ten years ago and one last year. Both look as good as new.
Gonna buy one for a windsurfing friend as a Christmas gift along with a uni and mast base.
Hard to say, but at the moment, 5.9m simmer icon, its the sail size I use most often and the sail is super stable in the gusty crap that we often have to sail in.
got a fair bit of new stuff, and gear coming that i've yet to have a good session on, so may change. I think I will have my perfect quiver soon ![]()
99L freestyle board, 84L twinfin wave, 75L singlefin wave... and 5.9+5.3+4.5, from subplaning to 30kts, qld conditions covered ![]()
My 74l Evo. It means it's WINDY when I get to ride it and it is just a fun board to be on. Its like riding a skateboard.
probably my 70l evo. My wife has taken a liking to my my mast extension, I keep on finding it under her pillow...
My North ratchet mast extension. Even though it starts slipping every once in a while and makes me curse and yell...
My F2 SX XL 80cm wide 135L slalom board AKA PONG. It gets me planning in 12knts and has done just under 35knts
Definitely my Exocet Kona - new school longboard. I'll take it out for any session when a short board looks iffy. The most versatile board in the universe and always always leaves me smiling.
2006 Ezzy Wave 5.0, the sweetest little sail I've ever used, which has been stored in Vietnam for the last 2 years, waiting for me...
Bit hard to say as I just updated so most of my kit is awesome at the moment. Every 5 yrs or so I have everything that is tops, then after a couple years I want new board/s, or new sails etc.
Continuous cycle....
I can't identify one single piece so I'd say 5.2 Zone fully lit on my RRD WaveCult 85. In the right conditions....... just feels schweet
