I've got two

1. Cease posting crap on here on nights on the drink
2. Work out what Peter Hart means when he says my progression isn't being limited by my fitness or my gear or the conditions, its what's going on between my ears. Huh?

My resolution is...

1. Be good enough to sail the winter storms here in Busso.

2. Better gybes with less swimming.

3. Use harness more and arms less.

4. Get race boarding happening here in Busso next summer.

5. Winter storm loop???

1. get sailing again following (getting old) injury time-out
2. Improve my gybes so i am less of a chance to become a shark toy
3. complete a forward loop without it looking like an unplanned dismount
4. catch all the above on camera so i have bragging rights during a round of after sail beers

Simple, more T.O.W. (time on water), then everything will take care of itself.

It's been proven, T.O.W. adds to your lifespan.

(1) To stop looking just perfect conditions and use what ever conditions are on offer.

(2) To stop shouting "who's the daddy" when I overtake my mates.

Hopefully break 35kts ( pref 36 + ) get a 23alpha , 20kt hr and 28kt + Nm
Also get my gybes going - straighten the front arm and let myself get pulled forward..( eek! ) and engage the whole board rather than just the tail in turns.
Get my act going in chop again..once the ankles solid try and relearn chop hops.. .. Wonder how many I'll get..

To remove the "thinking/over analysing" aspect of windsurfing and replace it with the actual "doing" part
