i see this warning does not include windsurfers. Carry on. If you see a kiter down the beach, do tell them to go home to their Mum.

I don't think I've ever seen a kiter, swimmer ,surfer, boatie out in 35 knots. Gotta love having gale all to ourselves.
I'm gunna be at home warm drinking a beer.![]()
I'm glad kite gear is way more efficient and can be fully powered up in 18knot clean conditions and don't have to wait for the occasional 35knot day in chopped out whitecap crap before they can start not being overtaken by the boogie boarders paddling out .lol![]()
But in saying that, its was awesome to see a poledancer following in the kite surfers foiling steps the other day, out in clean wave conditions powered in light winds.![]()
Seems to be the kiters foiling thing has given a new lease on life to windsurfing and keeping it from fading away, good stuff.
Hope following the kiters foiling helps to keep windsurfing alive, and not just In black and white old photos of past days before more efficient, faster wind sports existed .
Foil on fellow wind junkies and hope you get your wish you are all after, a foiling section here like the kiters do.

Actually there was a real man kiting along side me yesterday in 30 to 35 knts. He wasn't at his warm home quivering under his blanket from the scary storm like a precious little snowflake, pretending the lemonade he was drinking was beer. Ha ha ha ha ![]()
